Mr. Victor Mino is EALP’s head tax consultant and co-heads the Tax Consultancy Division in Nairobi, Kenya.
His expertise traverses multiple sectors and industries on tax compliance and advisory. He provides strategic tax advisory and planning for our clients.
Mr. Mino’s tax administration career spans 34 years at the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) where he rose ranks to senior leadership and to the position of a Chief Manager. During the course of his illustrious career at KRA, he held various top management positions in the Authority.
Mr. Mino is an alumnus of Starehe Boys Centre and School, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) from the University of Nairobi, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with honors from Moi University.

Morara Omoke
Mr. Omoke is a founding partner and heads the Dispute Resolution Division in Nairobi, Kenya.
His expertise covers a broad spectrum of legal sectors, including litigation and dispute resolution, international law, commercial litigation, election petitions, arbitration in complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, banking, energy, intellectual property law, criminal litigation, constitutional law, employment law, and medical negligence.
Mr. Omoke has made impactful contributions to jurisprudence both in Kenya and abroad. He has appeared as counsel in many notable cases, including the landmark ‘BBI’ case, which stopped the amendment of the Kenyan Constitution. His significant involvement in this high-profile case and other cases has earned him recognition as one of Kenya’s most sought after lawyers.
Mr. Omoke has successfully represented clients in over 100 disputes across various tribunals and courts, including arbitral and mediation tribunals, quasi-judicial bodies, the Magistrates’ Courts, the Employment and Labour Relations Court, the Environment and Land Court, the High Court, and the Court of Appeal in Kenya.
Mr. Omoke also served as a legal researcher at the Suffolk Superior Court in Boston, USA, working under Judge Elizabeth Fahey and Judge Kenneth Fishman, contributing to American jurisprudence.
Mr. Omoke is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Notary Public, and a Commissioner for Oaths. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Harvard Law School, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Nairobi, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with First Class Honors from the University of Nairobi. He is also a Certified Public Secretary (CPS) and a member of the Law Society of Kenya.

Patricia Kahura
Ms. Patricia Kahura is a founding & Deputy Managing Partner and the head of the Commercial and Real Estate Division in Nairobi, Kenya.
She has extensive experience across international, national, and county government levels, as well as private practice. Ms. Kahura brings expertise in dispute resolution, legislative drafting, and research across diverse fields including commercial, civil, criminal, labor and employment, trade, and environmental law.
Her contribution in Kenyan jurisprudence is notable, particularly through her work on high-profile criminal cases in the High Court of Kenya, addressing complex issues in murder, robbery, sexual offenses, and appeals. In land and environmental law, she has been instrumental in landmark rulings involving land ownership, mining rights, and land interest disputes. A champion of public health rights, Ms. Kahura led a precedent-setting case on patient consent in HIV testing in Kenya (J.K.K vs. AAR, 2020). Her expertise also extends to policy and law formulation for national and county governments, covering critical areas such as gender, trade, energy, and agriculture.
Ms. Kahura is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Notary Public, and a Commissioner for Oaths. She holds a master’s in International Trade and Commercial Law from the University of Sussex in the United Kingdom, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with honors from the University of Nairobi, and a postgraduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She is a member of the International Council on Human Rights and Politics and the Law Society of Kenya.

Mwangi Munga
Mr. Mwangi Munga is a founding & Managing partner and the head of the Corporate Services, SMEs & Business Support Division in Nairobi, Kenya.
His practice spans multiple sectors, including corporate governance and organizational compliance advisory, commercial litigation, data protection and privacy, and employment law. He provides strategic advisory opinions and represents a diverse client base in court, ranging from large organizations and corporate boards to individual clients.
Mr. Munga has represented clients in landmark cases, including some of the first insolvency petitions under Kenya's Insolvency Act of 2015. He played a pivotal role in the historic 2024 impeachment proceedings of a Deputy President—the first of its kind in Kenya and the East African region. In family and succession law, he has overseen succession proceedings for estates exceeding $100 million and has secured ownership and directorship rights over a resort valued at $2 million.
Mr. Munga is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Notary Public, and a Commissioner for Oaths. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with honors from the University of Nairobi, a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, a Certificate in Management, a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) credential, and a Company Secretary qualification. He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M) and has a membership at the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.
