Our team handles all aspects of company formation, from advising on the type of company to drafting incorporation documents, registration with local authorities, and obtaining necessary licenses across the various East African countries.
Company Secretarial Services: We provide ongoing corporate secretarial services, including board support, record-keeping, filings, AGMs & meetings management and compliance with corporate governance standards.
Data Protection Services: We advise on data privacy laws and help clients establish robust data protection protocols to safeguard data subject’s data and to be in compliance with the various country specific data protection laws across East Africa. Our services range from acting as external Data Protection Officers, developing privacy policies, conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA), drafting privacy policies and lodging and defending against complaints with regulators such as the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
